Delivery time commitment:

      The delivery date of Shanghai Huadian Valve Group Co., Ltd. will be carried out in strict accordance with the time specified in the contract; If the customer has problems in the storage of on-site equipment, the company can handle its own product warehouse as the customer's product warehouse, and the construction site proposes what number of products it wants, and our company will deliver the required products to the customer's designated construction site within 4-72 hours (depending on the distance from the company). This not only facilitates the management of customers on site, but also greatly saves the customer's capital occupation in the storage of goods, and at the same time that customers are assured of our products, they feel that the use of our company's products is convenient and satisfactory.

      After the company's products are delivered to the place designated by the customer, the customer should send someone to the site for acceptance, and sign the receipt for the company to keep the bottom of the inquiry.


Service Commitment:

The company provides customers with perfect after-sales service. If customers need technical support during the installation process, the company will send after-sales service personnel to provide technical consulting services free of charge; If the customer has a problem during installation or use, the company receives the customer's notice, 1 hour technical response, 4 hours to develop a service plan, and send personnel to arrive at the site within 4-72 hours.

If the customer believes that the on-site service personnel are incompetent, the company may replace it unconditionally.


Quality assurance:

      The company guarantees that the goods supplied are brand new, unused, using high-quality materials and innovative workmanship, and in all respects meet the quality, specifications and performance requirements stipulated in the contract. The party guarantees that the goods have been properly installed, reasonably operated and maintained, and that they will operate well during the life of the goods. Within the specified warranty period, be responsible for any defects or malfunctions caused by defects in design, workmanship or materials.

      The company's warranty period for products is 12 months from the full acceptance of the goods, and three guarantees are implemented during the warranty period: maintenance, replacement and return; The products provided by the company, due to material defects, poor manufacturing, unreasonable design and other quality problems caused by the use of valves failure, the company promises to replace within one year, and implement lifelong service. And regularly send professional and technical personnel to visit users and provide technical support.


Technical Training:

      Shanghai Huadian Valve Group Co., Ltd. can provide customers with high-quality after-sales service. Before the installation of the equipment, the company will send engineers to provide technical training for the installation, commissioning and use of the equipment.

      Shanghai Huadian Valve notifies relevant personnel to train at designated places in writing before product shipment (limited to domestic); Or after receiving the customer's training request, arrange qualified training engineers to arrive at the designated training location within 48 hours (limited to China).

      The purpose of the technical training provided by the company is to make the equipment provided safe and normal operation. The company will send qualified technical training engineers.


5.1.1 Technical trainers are familiar with the following:

· The principle, structural characteristics, assembly process and debugging test items of the valve;

· Valve control device, control principle;

· Precautions for the transportation and installation of valves, lifting, loading and unloading and storage of important components;

· Installation and disassembly of valves on site and main quality control points;

· operation, operation and maintenance of valves;

· Fault diagnosis and treatment method of valve;

· Use and operation and maintenance of valve fault detection devices (if any);

· Technical trainers are qualified for:
